The Daiquiri is a three-ingredient gift; simple yet sublime. Sugar syrup, lime juice and, of course, Jessy’s white rum. This cocktails origins lie in Cuba and therefore is a real Caribbean treat.

Cocktail shaker

Fine strainer
50ml Jessy’s Rum
25ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
Lime twist
Cubes
Martini
Shake, fine-strain
Instructions
Add the rum, lime juice and syrup into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake until well-chilled. Fine strain into a Martini glass and add the lime twist as the finishing touch.
