The mojito: a true cocktail classic. Now even more enjoyable with Jessy’s Caribbean inspired rum. A refreshing combination of lime, fresh mint, white rum and sparkling water. Perfect for hot days.

24ml Jessy’s white Rum
Top off sparkling water
15ml sugar syrup
4 wedges of a lime
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
2 mint sprigs
Crushed
Highball
Build, muddle, chur
Instructions
Put the lime wedges in a highball glass and muddle with a muddler. Next, you add the sugar syrup, mint leaves and Jessy’s white rum. Smack the leaves of mint before adding to the glass. Fill the glass with three-quarters of ice and chur the ingredients. Add extra ice and finish the drink off with sparkling water.
