The classic among gin cocktails. One part Jessy’s gin, two parts tonic and enough ice. As long as you keep those proportions, you can experiment with different garnishes and flavour combinations until you discover your favourite!

Choose corresponding garnish

Instructions
Put enough ice in a highball glass, then add the gin. Top off the glass with tonic (note: use the right one). Finish the drink with the garnish and enjoy the bitter-sweet delight.
