This delicious tropical drink brings you in a summer mood no matter the weather. While the pineapple juice and coconut water create the summer vibe, the lime juice adds a sour kick. With enough Jessy’ gin you get a tasty and refreshing cocktail.

Cocktail shaker

50ml Jessy’s Gin
50ml pinapple juice
30ml coconut water
20ml lime juice
1 teaspoon agave syrup
1 egg white

1 pineapple wedge

Instructions

Dry shake all liquids and the egg white together. Add ice and   shake until chilled. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass. Garnish with the pineapple wedge.
